Midcounties Co-operative terrific ten to take on a 10,000ft tandem skydive for GYC...

Putting their commitment to the cause to the ultimate test, 10 team members from stores across the Midcounties Co-operative Forest of Dean region have decided to take to the skies on April 17th at Salisbury airfield with a tandem skydive which will see them reach the giddy heights of 10,000ft before parachuting down to terra firma. Chris Chandler (Regional Community Ambassador) said “We are delighted to be supporting the charity through this exciting opportunity for our team. It’s great to keep finding new and fun ways to support GYC as we know what a difference our fundraising can make. I’m so proud of our 10 colleagues who have volunteered to do the jump!” The team are hoping to raise £4000 between them for GYC as their long term charity partner. We will be there to support them on the day so keep an eye on GYC social media that day. If you would like to take part in an exhilarating skydive for us we still have spaces available for our July jump Skydive – Jump 2 | Gloucestershire Young Carers (glosyoungcarers.org.uk)
